According to the “China Fresh-made Tea and Coffee Industry Monthly Report (May 2026)” released on June 23, the total number of stores operated by 48 mainstream brands in major shopping centers across China reached 27,846, representing a net increase of 261 stores. However, Heytea (喜茶) has seen a continued decline in its shopping center footprint, dropping from 3,991 stores in August 2025 to 3,654 in May 2026, a cumulative reduction of 337 locations.
