Today, NOWWA COFFEE completed a Series C financing round raising hundreds of millions of CNY. This round attracted multiple institutions including Legend Capital, Shengwang Fund, Vision Knight Capital, Yuanxing Capital, and GSR Ventures, with Xiangyang Capital acting as the financial advisor. Notably, Yuanxing Capital has continued to invest for four consecutive rounds since 2020, and GSR Ventures has also increased its investment across multiple rounds.

Luckin Coffee and Cotti Coffee continue to expand domestically, opening 200 and 105 new stores respectively. Meanwhile, Cotti Coffee opened 5 new stores in Germany, Vietnam, the UAE, France, and Spain.

Recently, the COSTA COFFEE store on the first floor of Hangzhou Theatre’s south side, which had been operating for over a decade, is set to close. This outlet was one of the earlier COSTA COFFEE stores to enter Hangzhou. Staff stated that the closure was arranged by headquarters, and the specific reasons are unclear. This sudden news has been confirmed by a spokesperson for Peet’s. Peet’s operates over 280 stores in the United States, with about 135 in the San Francisco Bay Area, making it its largest domestic market to date.
